New Mural Installed at the Oaks!

Thanks to the Carlington Community Association for all your hard work getting this amazing new mural put up on our supportive housing facility, The Oaks.

This beautiful mural, installed on the side of The Oaks – our supportive housing facility on Merivale Road, includes artwork by one of The Oaks’ residents, Indigenous artist Marcel Mowatt. This work also includes art by Carlington youth too and was the brainchild of Carlington resident Maggie.

Thank you to Crime Prevention Ottawa who believed in the project and to Claudia Salguero who facilitated the project.
